Mrs. Modupe Temitope Oyekunle has over ten years of experience in organizational leadership, enterprise development and human resource management. She has worked as a manager, designed and managed complex projects, established seven franchises and fourteen franchisees of an Australian franchise Company in different zones in Nigeria. She has also been involved with organizational training since 2000. With Kip McGrath Education Centre (Australia), British International School and Latter Rain Assembly since 2000.
Mrs. Modupe Temitope Oyekunle has served as team leader on assignments to ten states in the geo-political zone in Nigeria and one in Australia planning, evaluating and organizing training. She has worked on performance assessment techniques employed in the corporate sector and adapted methodologies to capacity building in development assistance.
Currently, Mrs. Modupe Oyekunle is the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Masterpiece Resource Development Centre and has successfully augmented the firm's new business and client portfolios. As a trained ILO trainer, she stays current with management practices through participation in seminars on Project Management, Designing Company Productivity, Business Franchising, Coaching and mentoring and similar leading-edge subjects. She is a member of the working group committee of NECA Nigeria Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW), an Associate member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (ACIPN), Leader, 10, 000 Women Goldman's Sachs initiative with a certificate in Enterprise Development, Lagos Business School. She is also actively involved in the Teen's church and music ministry of the Latter Rain Assembly.
She is happily married to Pastor Rotimi Oyekunle, and they both pastor His Masterpiece Ministries, a ministry conceived in an atmosphere of obedience with a mandate from God "to raise a distinct, disciplined and whole community of people for generational impact on the face of the earth". Their marriage is blessed with Children.
