Facilitating capacity building and training:

i. For Aspiring Entrepreneurs
ii. For Established Entrepreneurs (Business Growth)
b.) Workshops
Our workshop would bother on
1. Personal Development
2. Various business functions,
3. Specific industries (Industrial or Sectoral Groups that consists of members who have the same or common interest, which may be industrial or professional).
c.) YEN Annual Conference - The Young Entrepreneurs' Conference would be held on a yearly basis facilitated by reputable local or international business men and women.
d.) On-Site Visitations.
YEN Membership
Membership of the Network shall comprise of individuals owning or managing enterprise as part of generating profit, thus contributing towards growing the economy, and anyone who aspires to start their own business that, currently, is engaged in or connected with any industry, trade, business or profession in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
i. Foundation Members: these are members who are aspiring to be entrepreneurs or start a business soonest.
ii. Premium Members: these are members who are already in business.
ADMISSION OF MEMBERS
Any person eligible to become a member of the Network shall submit his/her application for membership in the prescribed form together with the appropriate fee, as required for the category. Upon receipt of the application, the Coordinating Secretary of the Network shall verify the claims made by the applicant and if found suitable shall recommend the candidature to the Steering Committee. If the Network is satisfied that the applicant is fit and proper to become a member of the Network, it may approve the application for membership. Upon such approval the applicant's name shall be entered in the register of members of the Network.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Foundation Members of YEN
This category of membership is open to individuals owning or managing enterprises and anyone who aspires to start their own business that, currently, is engaged in or connected with any industry, trade, business or profession in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Members in this category would not be expected to pay any subscription fee, hence membership is free. Access to membership benefits are limited and most of the time fee based. Interested parties can become a foundation member of YEN by completing a membership registration form. A membership file would be opened and a membership number issued.
CRITERIA
Registration for this membership category will be made with
ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF YEN (AMYEN)
This category of membership is also open to individuals owning or managing enterprise as part of generating profit and anyone who aspires to start their own business that, currently, is engaged in or connected with any industry, trade, business or profession in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and would like to access the various benefits available to this level of membership.
Interested parties can become an associate member by completing a membership registration form accompanied by an annual subscription of N10, 000. A membership card will be issued and this entitles the members to various benefits. Payment can be done by installment with a spread of not more two months between the initial installments.
BENEFITS
1. Attend 4 of the specialized monthly workshops bothering on pertinent entrepreneurial topics and national issues affecting enterprise development facilitated by seasoned professionals free.
2. Enterprise Development Program would be highly subsidized. Up to 50% discount on trainings would be accessed
3. Attend networking programs at a subsidized fee
4. Free access to network's database for marketing purpose
CRITERIA
1. Proof of registration of business or business name
2. Business' location
3. Two reference letters from any reputable business owners
4. Copy of the intending member's business card
5. Business' bank account number
6. Two passport photographs
7. Fully filled membership registration form
